Supporting You Through the Menopause Transition
The menopause transition can have a profound impact on a woman's life—beginning as early as the mid-thirties (perimenopause) and continuing through the post-menopausal years, typically after age 55. One of the most life-changing and often overlooked aspects of this journey is its effect on mental health.
Many women experience cognitive challenges such as memory loss, brain fog, and mental confusion, along with anxiety, sleep disturbances, and even depression. These symptoms are often a result of hormonal fluctuations—yet, most of us have not been properly educated or supported to understand and navigate these massive changes.
This is where I come in.
As a women's mental health counsellor and life coach, I provide practical, compassionate support tailored to this phase of life. I offer:
- Therapeutic strategies to reduce mental health symptoms
